Nothing Changes in Your Business Unless You Do These 3 Things First
Nothing changes in your business unless you do these 3 things first:
1. Know your numbers - if you don't know where you are, you can't know where you're going. If you want your business to be more profitable, you have to start by understanding the money that you have coming in and out now before you can set goals for the future.
2. Streamline your systems - odds are, if I were to audit your business today, I'd easily be able to find 5-10 tasks that you're overcomplicating and spending more time on than you need to be. Your time is valuable. Keeping repeatable tasks as streamlined as possible gives you time back to focus on higher value, higher earning work.
3. Delegate anything outside your zone of genius - it's not possible to do everything yourself at the highest possible level. Price your time. What is your hourly rate? If hiring support would cost less than the money you're losing by spending time doing anything than your highest earning work, it's time to delegate.
Every time you're ready to set goals for your finances, your career, or your business, return to these three steps. And when you're ready for #3, I'll be here.
