The Musician’s Assistant is a virtual assistant service built for musicians by a musician.
TMA provides all levels of support, from basic admin help to business management, in order to help musicians build careers and businesses sustainably.
Working with a fellow musician as your virtual assistant transforms how you operate day to day. Your time goes back to what actually grows your career: teaching, performing, creating, and connecting with your audience. When you bring TMA into your business, your workload and mental load get lighter because you have a trusted partner working in the background. We want your business to succeed as much as you do.
When you work with The Musician’s Assistant, you’re not just outsourcing tasks. You’re gaining a teammate who understands the music industry. We handle everything with your goals in mind to ensure that your work stays visible, your business runs smoothly, and your career moves forward.

The Adella Carlson Studios Music Studio offers online clarinet and piano lessons to middle school, high school, and adult students from across the United States.
Lessons in our studio go beyond weekly practice check-ins. Students build solid fundamentals, confidence, and consistency, while parents gain clarity, communication, and a plan they can trust. Without thoughtful instruction and guidance, students often stall, lose motivation, or practice inefficiently — making progress feel frustrating instead of rewarding.
When you study with our clarinet and piano teachers, you’re gaining a team that understands how students learn. We focus on age-appropriate goals, effective practice habits, and steady growth, whether a student is just starting out or preparing for auditions and performances. Online lessons provide flexibility for our students, families, and teachers to make music a part of their schedules.
Students in our studio grow with skill, confidence, and intention, and music becomes something they’re proud of, not pressured by.
The Music studio
clarinet performance
I perform as an ensemble musician, chamber musician, and soloist throughout North Carolina, the United States, and abroad.
My playing is grounded in strong preparation, collaborative awareness, and musical intention.
Beyond performance, I bring the same level of care to guest masterclasses and educational engagements — offering students and ensembles practical insight, musical clarity, and meaningful artistic connection.
I also love collaborating with composers and bringing new music to life.
Please get in touch with me via my contact form to discuss ensemble and solo opportunities.
